Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: July 31, 2026
Material Impact Group does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Optional website analytics remain off unless you consent.
Who we are
Material Impact Group is a revenue operations and fractional CRO consultancy. For questions or privacy requests, contact [email protected].
Information we collect
- Information you submit: first and last name, company name, title, email, phone number, your primary GTM challenge and goal, and other information you choose to include in the contact form.
- Contact consent: when you submit the contact form, we record your consent and the date and time of that consent so Material Impact Group may follow up by email and phone about your inquiry and our services.
- Optional analytics information: if you consent, Google Analytics may collect information about pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device characteristics, referral source, and interactions with the site.
- Technical and security information: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may process IP address, request, device, and security information in server logs or strictly necessary security technologies.
- Your privacy preference: the site stores a necessary first-party cookie recording whether you accepted or rejected analytics.
Why we use information
- To review, qualify, and respond to your inquiry or take steps you request before entering a business relationship.
- With your contact-form consent, to communicate with you by email and phone about your inquiry and our services.
- To operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website and prevent spam or abuse.
- With consent, to understand aggregate website use and measure site performance.
- To comply with legal obligations and establish or defend legal claims when necessary.
Depending on where you live, our legal bases may include your consent, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests in operating and securing our business, and compliance with law. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time, unsubscribe from emails, or ask us not to call you.
How information is shared
We share information only as needed with service providers acting on our behalf, including Cloudflare for website hosting, security, and the D1 database, and Google for analytics only after consent. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
We and our providers operate in the United States and other countries. Where required, providers use contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers. Their processing is also governed by their own published privacy and data-protection terms.
Retention and security
We retain contact submissions only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage potential or actual business relationships, meet legal requirements, and resolve disputes. Analytics retention is controlled in the Material Impact Group Google Analytics property. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or appeal a decision. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will verify and respond to requests as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
California residents may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, correction, deletion, and information about disclosures. Material Impact Group does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We recognize Global Privacy Control as a signal to keep optional analytics off.
Email requests to [email protected]. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law; we may request proof of authorization and identity.
You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe option in an email or by contacting us. You may ask us not to call you at any time. An opt-out does not prevent us from responding to an active request when necessary.
Cookie and analytics choices
You can accept, reject, or later change optional analytics through Cookie settings. Rejecting analytics does not affect the site’s core functionality.
