Measures we take

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing practice, not a one-time certification. Despite testing, some combinations of assistive technology, browser, and device may reveal barriers we have not identified. Third-party browser or security interfaces may also be outside our direct control.

Feedback and assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in another format, email [email protected]. Please identify the page, the problem, and your preferred way to receive a response. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days and provide a reasonable resolution or alternative as promptly as practical.

Compatibility

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and standard assistive technologies. Older or unsupported software may not provide the same experience. At 200% browser zoom and on narrow screens, content is designed to reflow without requiring two-dimensional scrolling, except where a data table is intentionally placed in a labeled horizontal scrolling region.

Assessment approach

Material Impact Group uses a combination of code review, automated accessibility testing, keyboard testing, zoom and responsive inspection, and manual review against relevant WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criteria.
